1. CASE GETÚLIO VARGAS/HBH
B6664/11 – Woman, 55 y/o. An intra-ocular mass.
Meduloepithelioma of the retina.
2. CASE UNICAMP
B3420/11 – Woman, 35 y/o. A 8.0 x 7.0 x 3.5 cm mass in the left breast.
Gastric adenocarcinoma metastatic to the breast (Borrman IV).
(IHC: AE1-AE3, E-Caderina, CD10, CK7, CDX-2 positive; Hormone receptors, Breast 2, Cerb-2 negative).
3. CASE DRUT
- 15 year-old girl with history of 3 years under treatment for acute myeloid leukaemia. She received bone marrow transplant and developed several episodes of Graft vs Host disease. The patient developed progressive respiratory failure along the 4 months before death. Imaging studies revealed bronchiectasis and interstitial fibrosis. The samples come from the lungs at autopsy.
- Persistent interstitial emphysema.
4. CASE PORTO
E10/22670 – A 84 y/o man presented with a mass in the left lung, superior lobe, which was resected.
Adenocarcinoma with signet-ring cells.

(IHC: AE1-AE3; TF1 positive).
5. CASE PORTO
H11-7500 - A 54 y/o man present with a tumoral nodular mass of 1.5 cm in the hylar region of the liver.
Colangiocarcinoma, signet-ring cell variant.
6. CASE SALOMÃO & ZOPPI LAB.
AP0110-68210 – Woman, 31 y/o. A 5.0 cm tumor mass in the pelvic retroperitoneum. Multiple fragments measuring 6.5 cm e weighing 26.9 g were received, made up by a fibrous-elastic, yellowish, homogenous tissue.
Cellular schwanoma
(IHC: VIM, S-100, GFAP, Ki-67 : 5%)
7. CASE HOSPITAL ALIANÇA
AP2209/07 – Man, 21 y/o. A polyp in the urinary bladder.
Papillary Urothelial Neoplasm of Low Malignant Potential (PUNLMP)
(Case seen in consultation by two international uropathologists with divergent diagnoses: Low grade versus High grade).
8. BOTUCATU – INTERNET CASE
Man, 55 y/o.
Anal hemorrhage. Hemorrhoids.
Cloacogenic polyp (Retal mucosa prolapse syndrome).
